The Senate Judiciary Committee has postponed "The Distortion of EB-5 Targeted Employment Areas: Time to End the Abuse" as of February 29th. It was originally scheduled for Wednesday, March. 2nd at 10:00 am (EST). We will continue to monitor and publish any updates on the committee hearing about TEAs. You can see status of meeting here.
