India will become the second largest EB-5 visa market in the world

"With the fate of the H-1B visa programme, which has long been used by the Indian IT industry for skilled workforce transfer to the US, still hanging in the balance, the EB-5 visa has emerged as an alternative. The visa involves a high initial investment of USD 500,000 but guarantees relocation to the US, and has been untouched by the US Congress for over two decades now.
