Chinese real estate developers Greenland, Oceanwide Holdings, Shenzhen Hazens, Shanghai Construction Group, Lifan Group and Gemdale are developing their own projects in Los Angeles. We expect to see more Chinese developers come to the United States to build their own projects, some utilizing EB-5 capital.
