(Source: MCNTV) An investigation into the Sierra Academy of Aeronautics in Atwater has led to the arrest of Daniel Yoon, one of the two owners. As MCNTV News viewers may recall in our in-depth story back in October 2015, Mr. Yoon had been allegedly using the other owner’s name to apply for loans. Many Merced County residents could not understand why the Merced County DA would not pursue charges when the evidence was first available.
