Senate Judiciary Committee to hold Hearing on TEAs

The Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on "The Distortion of EB-5 Targeted Employee Areas: Time to End the Abuse" on Wednesday, March 2nd at 10:00 am in room 226 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building. The Judiciary Committee is chaired by Senator Chuck Grassley and will follow up on the February 2nd hearing with testimony from Nicholas Colucci of USCIS and Stephen L. Cohen of US Securities and Exchange Commission.
