The flight departs Miami for Havana Sunday May 15 at 1:00 pm (check-in begins at 10:30 am). The flight departs from Havana Friday May 20 at 3:00 pm (check-in begins at 12:30 pm). The flight arrives in Miami at 4:00 pm.
The non-refundable $1,500.00 deposit is required to start the application and processing of your roundtrip plane ticket from MIA-HAV-MIA, Travel License, Visa and Hotel Reservations (breakfast and some meals included). After we get the approval, the remaining balance is due 20 days prior to the travel date. The delegation will be meeting Cuban government officials and business leaders as well as local sightseeing.
