Artisan Business Group will NOT support the new discussion draft of EB-5 bill

As one of the leading EB-5 business advisory service providers in the country, Artisan Business Group will NOT support the agreement (version MDM15J00 of American Job Creation and Investment Promotion Reform Act of 2015) between the House and Senate Judiciary Committee leadership in the Omnibus legislation, we believe it is extremely important for the Congress and EB-5 stakeholders to work towards a temporary re-authorization of the program so that more time will be allowed to carefully review every specific language and sections of the proposed reform bill.  Artisan Business Group strongly supports for the inclusion of integrity measures which clearly could be included in a temporary re-authorization. However, we will NOT support the current discussion draft which have a number of key concerns and issues that may potentially cause major harms to the EB-5 industry.
