The Bipartisan Policy Center hosted a panel discussion Thursday,
September 17, 2015 at its office in Washington, D.C. to discuss the EB-5
Regional Center Program. Discussion was focused on renewal of program,
private-public partnership, successes and challenges of EB-5 and potential to
improve the program. Theresa Brown, director of immigration policy at BPC
moderated the discussion which included former Governor Mike Beebe of Arkansas,
former Governor Jim Douglas of Vermont and Mr. George Olsen, Co-Founder &
Managing Principal, New York City Regional Center.
