USCIS has updated averaged processing times for Immigrant Investor Program. I-526 Petitions are up to 14 months. I-829 petitions to remove conditions are currently at 11.4 months. I-924 Regional Center applications are up to 11.1 months. The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is set to expire September 30, 2015. You can see the updated processing times here.
